Sikandar is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by A. R. Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film stars Salman Khan in the titular role, alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, Sunil Shetty,Sharman Joshi, and Prateik Babbar. Sikandar is scheduled to be theatrically released worldwide on 30 March 2025, in standard and IMAX formats, coinciding with Eid al-Fitr .

A fiery youth confronts a powerful network of corruption, challenging the status quo and fighting for the common people’s rights in a nation gripped by injustice. The film was officially announced on 10 April 2024. Principal photography commenced the following June in Mumbai and wrapped by March 2025. The film has songs composed by Pritam, background score composed by Santhosh Narayanan, cinematography handled by Tirru and editing by Vivek Harshan. With an estimated production budget of ₹200 crore, it is one of the most expensive Indian films of all time.^[4][5]

Chhaava has roared at the box office, registering itself as the biggest opening of 2025.As per a report by Sacnilk, the movie has made ₹31 crores in India on its first day. Earlier, it was Akshay Kumar sky force with 15.30 cr that had the title now but know chavva has taken that place. it had an overall occupancy rate of 42.02% on February 14. The morning shows saw 30.51 percent footfall, 34.50 percent was recorded in the afternoon, 40.51 percent in the evening, and the highest was in the night – 62.55 percent.

India’s Tilak Varma and Sanju Samson became the first ever pair from full member nations in T20 internationals to record centuries in one team innings during fourth T20I against South Africa in Johannesburg on Friday.

India smashed one record after another at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg, thrashing South Africa by 135 runs on Friday to complete a 3-1 series victory in the process. Tilak Varma and Sanju Samson smashed whirlwind centuries, remaining unbeaten on 120 and 109 respectively and stitching together a mammoth 210-run partnership for the second wicket to help India post 283/1 after skipper Suryakumar Yadav won the toss for the first time in the tour and opted to field.
